Bathsheba is a Community Psychologist and Social Worker with more than fifteen years of field experience in social work and community-based interventions. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology, a Counseling Psychology Certificate, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management.  She has had extensive experience working with communities as a District Probation and Welfare Officer / OVC Focal Officer, an HIV counselor, a Community Linkages Officer in the USAID-RHITES South Western Region, and other responsibilities at a household level.
