The Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment (FCDE) is excited to announce an opportunity for experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team in Mbale as Program Coordinator and Program Officer. These key positions will play an instrumental role in advancing FCDE’s mission of community-led sustainable development by providing capacity-building support to a network of local partner organizations across the district.
