Patrick Lumoya is an experienced Social Worker with strong competence in financial management and a deep passion for designing and implementing impactful community programs. He specializes in developing, managing, and delivering projects collaboratively with stakeholders and teams, applying sustainable and Strategic interventions in Organizational Planning, Capacity Building, Fundraising, and Grants Writing and Management.

Guided by the Rotarian motto “Service Above Self,” Patrick has spent over six years championing Socio-economic transformation, particularly among Women and Youth. His work focuses on improving livelihoods through poverty alleviation initiatives, Health promotion, and Access to safe Water and Hygiene solutions. He values peaceful environments and believes in creating space for others to express their potential and drive meaningful change.
